Double-head Saw laptop is used for slicing uPVC profiles for PVC home windows and doors. The primary spindle is manufactured by using the specialised manufacturer. And the imported linear bearing motional pair is used to go the head horizontally. The blade feeding is hydraulic damping pressure with giant processing range.

√Used for 45° point of view reducing and 90° point of view lowering of aluminum and plastic profiles. The 45° point of view and 90° viewpoint of the computer head can be automatically switched in accordance to the needs. After the point of view conversion is completed, the pc head is self-locking, which ensures that the mindset conversion is now no longer allowed at some factor of the horizontal work. 

√Two saw heads can work individually or at the same time.

√The cutting stroke of the saw blade is large, and the maximum profile width of 320mm can be cut, and it can also cut 4 profiles below 60 series abnormally.

√The machine tool guide rail and machine head feed adopts linear bearing motion pair, with high precision.

√Automatic pneumatic brake of the machine head.
